In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on air168. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. air168 enforces this requirement through KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Residency. air168 is operated as an international platform and accepts players from Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. air168 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on air168. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or subject to gambling exclusion orders may not register or maintain an account on air168.

3.1 Registration Process. New accounts on air168 are created via the 24/7 live chat support team. To complete registration, you will be required to provide: a valid Indonesian mobile number, a working email address, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), and your date of birth.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must update your registered details promptly if any information changes. air168 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or permitted to set a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.4 Account Transfer. Accounts on air168 are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights arising from it to any third party.

4.1 Requirement. Before withdrawal access is activated on any account, air168 requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. KYC may also be requested at any other time at air168's discretion, including when account activity triggers risk or compliance thresholds.

4.2 Documents Required. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk);
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP, taken on the date of submission;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the account details page showing your registered name).

4.3 Processing Time. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission in most cases. Players will be notified via their registered email once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

4.4 Refusal to Verify. If a player refuses to submit KYC documents or submits documents that cannot be verified, air168 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, freeze the account balance, and ultimately close the account after providing reasonable notice.

5.1 Accepted Methods. air168 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to virtual accounts at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). air168 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any deposit made in a currency other than IDR will be rejected or may incur conversion fees charged by the player's financial institution — air168 is not liable for such fees.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may differ and will be displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bank virtual accounts and most e-wallets are credited to the player's account balance in real time or within minutes of confirmed payment. air168 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.5 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment instruments that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn to the same method where technically possible (same-source rule). air168 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal in certain circumstances.

6.2 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes on average for e-wallet withdrawals during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally settled within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees. air168 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Players are advised that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply incoming transfer fees, which are outside air168's control.

6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals. air168 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if the account has triggered fraud detection rules, KYC documentation is incomplete, an active dispute or chargeback exists on the account, or the withdrawal would result in a negative bonus balance. In such cases, air168 will notify the player and provide a clear timeline for resolution.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by air168 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are held in a segregated sub-wallet and are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

7.3 Validity Period. All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

7.4 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward specific bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. air168 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, balanced bets to meet wagering requirements ("scalping"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, providing false information during registration, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion.

8.1 Game Availability. air168 offers a range of gaming products including live casino (operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios), slot games (from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others), sportsbook betting (including EPL, La Liga, BRI Liga 1, Champions League, and other markets), togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), live sabung ayam (cockfighting) betting, and Domino QQ card games. Game availability may vary at any time at air168's discretion.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by air168. air168 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after the start of an event (late bet), where odds were quoted in error, or where a technical fault affected the bet acceptance process.

8.3 Sportsbook — Asian Handicap & Mix Parlay. Sportsbook bets on air168 include Asian handicap markets, over/under, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and 1X2 markets. Specific rules governing bet settlement for each market type are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable settlement rules before placing bets.

8.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or error in a game or sportsbook market — including software errors, data feed failures, or display errors — air168 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Where bets have already been settled on the basis of erroneous information, air168 reserves the right to reverse those settlements and recalculate results.

8.5 RTP and Fairness. All slot and casino games provided by third-party studios on air168 are certified by independent testing laboratories for random number generator (RNG) integrity and published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Players may request RTP information for any specific game title via live chat support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the air168 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use air168 to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification;

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward air168 staff or other players via any communication channel;

• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials without their authorisation.

10.1 Suspension by air168. air168 may suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; air168 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or the player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

10.2 Effect of Closure on Funds. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, air168 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Real-money funds that are confirmed as legitimately deposited and not derived from bonus abuse may be returned at air168's discretion following the completion of the investigation.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules. Remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified bank account or e-wallet within five business days.

10.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee as published in the platform's fee schedule may be deducted from the dormant account balance. 12.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the air168 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, source code, graphics, layout, text, and game assets — is the property of air168 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to use air168's intellectual property beyond what is necessary for normal use of the platform.

12.2 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the air168 platform without prior written authorisation. Automated scraping of odds, game data, or promotional content is expressly prohibited.

13.1 Platform Availability. air168 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside air168's reasonable control.

13.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, air168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of play due to technical failure, or inability to access the platform.

13.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, air168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your air168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

13.4 No Warranty. The air168 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. air168 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by air168 is governed by the air168 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

14.2 Data Use. air168 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). air168 does not sell personal data to third parties unrelated to the operation of the platform.

15.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the air168 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 16.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which air168 holds its operating licence.
